Although, during a visit to the Negril Guardhouse, I saw both of the Negril Marine Police in black SWAT gear preparing for ground-based crime interdiction....many of the JCF in Negril now are not permanently stationed in Negril but are on loan/assignment from Sav.....in fact, I didn't meet a DC who wasn't garrisoned at Sav...
