    Marblehead...they're trying to have it catch on here but there are some very old habits that need to be broken...the children in Jamaica are being taught to keep the land garbage free & hopefully they'll help some of the older adults treat the land more respectfully.
    There are gov't campaigns, fines etc that are being implemented just as we had to do back in the day to change our attitudes about litter.
