The Knutsford bus line just opened up at the Montego Bay airport a few days ago...we saw them completing the last few touches to their roundabout type service centre this past week.
Their bus service is very good if your flight times coordinate with their bus service.
Of course, a private transfer with always be quicker, more personal...you can stop where/when you want.
