Antigua has the same precautions including airport nose swab and only travel to approved hotels. They like most islands want to prevent the virus from spreading from hotspots like the USA, Canada, and UK.

Hotspots like Ontario and Quebec. A few days ago Saskatchewan had 18 active cases (not new - active), compared to over 1000 a day new ones in those provinces.

I am aware. My point is that the entire country isn't a "hot spot". 2 provinces are - by a huge amount. If I'm flying to Jamaica it will not have a connecting flight through Toronto or Montreal.
