Is the new HiLo location up and running yet, or "soon come"?

I was at the Sunshine Village Plaza HiLo yesterday, and there is very little inventory. The new store will have to open soon, and I am sure HiLo Stores will be making a major Grand Opening announcement. The Boardwalk Plaza location will be their newest store and there is no reason for them to keep it a secret.
