These comments make a lot more sense to me and I agree with much of what you say above......but there can be no peace without any understanding, forgiveness, healing and moving forward. It seems to me this is what snoop wants to do.... we can only wait and see. I'll take the mans word and see if his actions live up to it.

I haven't seen where snoop himself has made reference to him being Bob Marley reincarnated, as others have pointed out. This seems to be a headline created by others.
