ok well sir... I would like to hear ur suggestion to change it... no rudness or anything of the sort intended I am personally curious ...If you had the authority how would you change it so that the jamaican pepole benifit and the customers dont have to see that charge on their bill... keeping in mind they prolly are supposed to conform to some sort of base wage. To make it fair throughout the island. that is a guess not a fact tho.
