I used to think the same thing when reading other peoples reports. Once you get beyond the " I don't give a $hit if people like it or not," you can tell your story. I enjoy telling the story because at times I am so caught up in the moment that I do not reflect on how much fun I am actually having.

And tooo funny about Dengue fever! There was an article on the Observer lately about it, and I thought the same thing....WTF? I had no idea you could get Degue fever in JA. Our friendly neighborhood doc and I were joking about a totally random Dengue fever diagnosis he had about a year ago. Well, if i get it, i know who can diagnose me, LOL! Stupid mosquitos. What are they good for? Dengue, lime disease, malaria....

No funny in that crap. He was down for the count and I feel horrible for his wife as well as she has been riding shotgun for the whole ordeal. Nice people just trying to have fun.

Bev is great. This trip I only had one massage, but in April I had 3. I was asked due to the frequency if it was a little more than a massage. LOL. No sir, reputable spa and those ladies are professional. Just love being as relaxed as possible. Nothing like treating yourself to a massage with a buzz. Problem is this time I had to take a pit stop at half time to use the restroom. Too many Stripes before this one.......

Yes, let me re-phrase that one...funny about the coincindence that I read your post and the article w/in the same day and didn't realize you could get Dengue. It's not something you hear about much in a town at 9000 feet with 900 people. NOT funny that man had it during vacation (or at all for that matter or that anyone has to suffer from it). Ugghh, I can't imagine how terrible he must have felt. I'm glad there is $$ being put into it's mitigation.

Ditto from me! I sure wish I could have been there as it was my normal time to be there, but glad SOMEONE was able to go and represent for me. Thanks for eating all of my favorite things from the Calypso Trio to the pumpkin soup to the Seafood Linguine! LOL
Also I appreciated the call from Ivan's and when Ty asked me what I would like him to make me, that was nice! I can't believe I didn't know that he and I share the same birthday....we will for sure be celebrating it again in December! lol
