We have stayed there probably 15 times. We have always been very happy with the property and staff. They have a nice variety of accomodations for any size group. I know in the last year they have "refreshed" quite a number of different rooms and they keep it well maintained. The bar has some of the coldest beer I have found in Negril as well. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to try to answer.
I have stayed there twice and just pushed the button for Christmas/New Years 2013. I have nothing but good things to say and would also be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Where is Beach House located? And are their rates reasonable?

A friend of mine is a chef there and I have stopped by a few times to visit. The place seem pretty quiet but well maintained. I liked the bar and restaurant area. If you go, be sure to ask for chef Chris!
The food is great. The beer is ice cold. The staff and security is top notch. Wifi is fast. Stayed there 14 times over the last 7 years
