I went to the site and it's for calling cards. Do any of them have no connection/disconnection fees or expiration.

I used cards like this before and there always something they don't tell you.

However, if there's one that is cheaper than Rebtel I will be eternally grateful

Speedypin gives you a choice of several different calling cards (some have better rates for mobile-to-mobile while others are geared to land lines) and they provide information on the fees, expiration, rechargeable, etc in an easy to follow format. You can choose the card that best suits your needs.
