Montana's across the road and towards town. Wild Parrot, Sandy Haven, Tree House all on the beach. Hungry Lion on the west end. Enjoy
Hey Rastabell we stay right next door at White Sands. If you are looking for breakfast Charella, Country country, Idle awhile. Lunch Niahs pattys are the best, for dinner Chances has really good pizza..

we always stay at Lazy Days and Kuyaba is a daily ritual. Love it! Alfreds has good fish and chips and Bourbon beach has delicious jerk chicken. Goya cafe is close also but on the beach road. Enjoy!
Try the soup place on the beach side of the road just south of Rondel Village. Good, plentiful, cheap food, not just soup. Lots of Jamaicans eat here. You can find it by looking for the place with a lot of taxis pulled over.
I responded to your post on TA, but here's a copy for others interested:
Enjoy Nirvana, we were there for our third visit over New Years.
Favorites from our recent trip:
Rainbow Arch right next to White Sands, order and come back an hour later to pick it up for lunch, or eat there. Most things are very good, all homemade, but very slow.
Alfred's for fish and chips
Niah's
Jerk Barrel across the street
Cosmo's if you want a long walk, or they will pick you up.
We walked down to Kuyaba one night, decent food, huge portions, but too touristy for us
Chill Awhile- Reggae band on Friday's, good service. Good breakfast too.
Jerk Pork from Dean who walks the beach, raises his own hogs
We tended to go to the West End for dinner most nights, Canoe, LTU, Eddie's Debar, 3 Dives.
Hard to beat walking to dinner without even bringing shoes though.
