I enjoy the seaview rooms...there are two above the kitchen. The other ro oms seem nice as well..but Ive only peeked in those, except the one closest to the road. It has kitchen and plenty of room. All are basic but VERY clean. Ive stayed there 3 times now...next visit in June!

I will let you decide yourself. I am planning on staying there in nov as well. The selfish side of me dies not want you to pick my room!

The dining room is my fav....lol
I know where Flip stayed.The Sea View rooms are lovely but you will be awake with the kitchen staff early in the morning!!!
