    Loved the mixture of okra, callaloo, tomatoes and onions. Different yams and dasheen as they are available. Simple but nourishing.

    I've had almost all of the dishes but not jackass corn. Is it like a corn fritter??

    That's very good Yetta. However Jackass Corn is not similar to Corn Fritters but more like a crunchy biscuit that has a very unique taste.

    Jackass corn is grated coconut mixed with flour ,very little baking powder ,sugar and spices . Its thin and baked tough..
