Rum Punch

My rum punch recipe!

Add 150 mL of tap water to a glass.
Put glass in that tiny freezer compartment until frozen.
Squeeze a bit of lime on top of the ice.
Add 250 mL of Appleton Reserve.
Enjoy all the while waiting for the Jamaican ice cube to free itself and float on the top - its a big moment that I like to enjoy at least 4x/day.

Ha, not exactly rum punch. My recipe is lots of ice, aged Appleton and ginger beer. Shake until very cold, keep adding ice as it melts.

Oh well, I thought adding the lime punched it up a bit Yours is good too! Add some lime and its a Dark and Stormy.
