That's depressing for sure but I kinda figured that was the case because on one of my last times at that place I was hanging out with some guys fishermen there that I met when I was taking pictures of a catamaran that had a giant decal of dale Earnhardt,s number 3 car on the side of it and they told me that the land was going to be developed. Since my last trip i just kept telling myself that things move slow in Jamaica and it probably hasn't started yet or maybe the deal fell through. I went there a few times with a rake I borrowed from where we usually stay and cleaned up the beach. I used to bring other tourists I met to that spot and we would party and snorkel all day and into the evening on many occasions. Once we even brought a Jamaican with us and payed him to cook us dinner on the shore. It was my favourite spot on the island for years and if I could I would have just brought a tent and sleeping bag to Jamaica and damped there for a month lol. I hate change and it was so nice to go there and even though it was close to Negril it felt like we were on our own deserted island in the Caribbean.
