When we pulled up to 3 Dives, Jamar was already waiting outside.

I was really excited about going to 3 Dives Jerk Shack. I'd heard a lot of good things about this restaurant from other boardies. It was also really exciting to see it in person after watching 3 SHEETS Jamaica.

(If you haven't seen the 3 Sheets Jamaica episode, you really should to check it out. It features 3 Dives, Teds Shroom shack and a lot of other places all through out Jamaica. You can find the video HERE: http://www.hulu.com/watch/12721/thre...0,vepisode,1,0 )

I ordered the Jerk shrimp, Markus and Jamar decided to stick with the Jerk Chicken.

We asked Jamar about the Blue Cave Castle, He sounded like he really loved it there. His room was huge and it was really like living in a castle with a gorgeous view of the ocean. He said the food was great too. His only complaint was that it was too quiet. So he told us that he left the hotel and started to explore. He said that he found a really cool bar close by. He spent the day hanging out there, chilling with the locals and the bartender. The bartender told him about “Little Bay”

“What do you guys know about Little Bay?”, Jamar asked “I want to go there”

    Markus pointed to me

“um... nothing, actually. I don't even know where that is...” I admitted embarrassed. I realized I have so much more to learn about Jamaica...”You should go for it though and report back! Now I'm curious!”

Our food arrived and it was really really good. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, I devoured the entire plate. The sauce was a little hot. (Not as hot as Biggas though!) I employed the “ketchup trick” again and it was perfect! (Sacrilege.. I know.. I know)

After dinner, the three of us went back to Ivans at Catcha for some drinks.

We didn't know what the plan was for the night yet, but we knew we wanted to go out and dance.

Ty was our bartender at Ivans that night, so we asked him.

“What's happening in Negril tonight? Where can we go to dance on a Sunday night?”

Ty immediately said “Beach Bar, mon!”

“Beach bar?” I asked “Where's that? Do you mean Alfreds?”

“No Beach bar party. It's on the beach. Just ask your taxi driver to take you there. He'll know what you're talking about. No worries”, He said.

“Is there an admission cost to get in?”, I asked

“No, it's free to get in. Everyone goes. You can dance.. a lot of locals, Some tourists too.....”, He said “Check it out. It's a good time”

    “Thanks Ty.”

“Yeah, Mon” He winked and smiled. Anyone who has met Ty can agree that he's a charmer. That smile can melt anyone's heart.

Next thing I knew we were out on the street with a taxi in front of us.

“Beach Bar...You know where that is??.. because..uh... we don't”, Markus asked.

The Taxi driver gave a thumbs up sign. “Yeah, Mon. get in!”

Three of us piled into the car and we were off...

To be continued by Jamar tomorrow..

And I have a feeling I'm going to have to defend myself after his next entry.... You will see why soon enough. I know Jamar's not going to let me off the hook with this one...lol
