Lady Jane - have you tried contacting Jean at Beach Club Condos? It may fit all of your needs - beach side (and the rooms are pretty close to the sand!), plenty of shade and full kitchens. I've always found Jean and her staff to be very helpful in finding us the right accommodations for our needs! We will be there in late Nov, early Decemnber ourselves!
